SspDI (KasI)

SspDl belongs to the regular restriction enzyme series and recognizes the G^GCGCC sequence. Unlike the LightNing Restriction Endonucleases, SspDl requires a longer incubation time for complete digestion of the DNA substrate. However, this enzyme can still be used with Universal Cutone reaction buffer to achieve double digestion.
